Outfits
Create several combinations from a small capsule instead of packing one complete look per day.
For most 2–3 day trips: two tops, one packed bottom, underwear, one sleep set and one light layer. Wear the bulky bottom and layer in transit. Add a dress only when it replaces an outfit.

Reduce the routine to the applications needed for two or three days.
Use accommodation toiletries when suitable, choose travel sizes first and decant only products that need it. Keep liquids together and avoid duplicate makeup or hair products.
